Mission:
The Lawrence Working Families Initiative (LWFI) makes Employment and Family Engagement the cornerstones of a comprehensive strategy to increase family economic success, support LPS Turnaround goals, and increase quality of life for Lawrence families. The LPS Family Resource Center (FRC) is the Anchor, and physical hub for centralized registration, integrated activities, and nonprofit and employer partnerships. Our goal is to help Lawrence Public Schools parents achieve economic and family stability.
Key Programs Offered:
Job Search Assistance, Financial coaching and literacy, ESOL classes, Residence/ apartment search, Referrals to community supports and resources.
